Dimako Cares
As a family-orientated business, Dimako is passionate about supporting families and or communities in need. The Dimako team recently participated in the donations made to two families in Soweto by the Kuseni Dlamini Foundation (KDF).
KDF responded to a request for support from Soweto TV, regarding the two families raising children with disabilities. The request was largely for contribution towards monthly basic needs for the children. In the true spirit of community support, KDF partnered with Dimako who responded by allocating the much needed grocery items for the next 3 months to each of the families. The gesture was warmly received by the families at a recent first handover in Soweto.
Riaan Venter, Menzi Nowalaza and General Tsoloane accompanied the Public Relations team to shop for the items and later delivered the foodstuff items in Soweto.
Mr Kuseni Dlamini, the founder of KDF, with the above team, officially handed over the groceries to these deserving families on 10 February 2023.
“We are privileged to be part of this project as the Dimako team. The need in our communities are great and we are glad that KDF identified these families for aid contributions and grateful that our team was also able to assist and attend the donation” commented Riaan Venter, Dimako CFO.
The next donation will take place in March and the Dimako team has committed to also participate and support the remainder of this project.
